These Terms govern your use of expo.lifttech-ksa.com ("the Site"), operated by LiftTech Co. Ltd. (شركة لفتك المحدودة) through its exhibition-solutions division StandCraft Saudi. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents StandCraft Saudi's exhibition stand services, concept design capability, and project process, and enables prospective exhibitors to submit Requests for Quotation (RFQ).

2. RFQ submissions

Information and files submitted through the RFQ or contact channels are used solely to prepare and follow up on your quotation request, in line with our Privacy Policy. An RFQ submission does not create a binding contract; contractual terms apply only under a signed proposal or purchase order.

3. Concept designs and intellectual property

All designs, drawings, 3D visuals, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of LiftTech Co. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse Site content without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful, misleading, or malicious content, or upload files intended to disrupt systems.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that Site content is error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LiftTech Co. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Riyadh.
