Frequently asked questions

Design timelines, Saudi venue requirements, and costs — the questions we hear most.

How long does exhibition stand design and build take in Saudi Arabia?+
Custom stands typically need 8–12 weeks from approved brief to venue handover: 2–3 weeks for concept and 3D renders, 2 weeks for engineering and venue approvals, 3–5 weeks for fabrication, then logistics and on-site installation. Modular systems can be delivered in 3–5 weeks for shorter lead times.
What documents does a Saudi exhibition venue require for stand approval?+
Riyadh Front, RICEC, Jeddah Superdome and Dhahran Expo each require CAD floor plans, structural calculations for double-deck and rigging elements, RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement), fire and electrical certificates, and third-party insurance. We prepare and submit these on your behalf as part of the turnkey package.
Do you handle custom exhibition stand design or only modular systems?+
Both. We deliver fully custom builds — including double-deck stands — as well as modular aluminum-extrusion and tension-fabric systems. Hybrid stands combining a modular core with custom finishes are the most common choice for first-time exhibitors in Saudi Arabia.
Can international exhibitors ship stand materials into Saudi Arabia?+
Yes. We coordinate international freight, ATA carnet documentation, Saudi customs clearance, and timed delivery to the correct hall door. Most exhibitors ship graphics and hero display items and let us fabricate the structure locally in Riyadh — faster, cheaper, and lower customs risk.
Do you provide on-site support during the exhibition?+
Yes. A dedicated on-site supervisor is present through move-in, every show day, and dismantle. We handle snag lists, AV support, graphic touch-ups, cleaning coordination, and any last-minute changes before opening.
How much does an exhibition stand cost in Saudi Arabia?+
Modular stands typically start around SAR 1,800–2,500 per m² for turnkey delivery. Custom single-deck stands range SAR 3,000–5,500 per m². Double-deck and heavy-engineering builds are quoted per project. Every quote is fixed-scope with design, structure, graphics, AV, logistics and on-site labor broken out.
